The Village of Caunes-Minervois

The town’s 8th century abbey is open to
visitors and is illuminated every night

courtyard dating from the 16th century, part of which is open for outdoor
dining in the summer. Frederic, the proprietor, serves
traditional fare including Cassoulet.
